Customer Service - Terms & Conditions

DELIVERY

Delivery will be made by courier or Royal Mail.

Most deliveries are next working day if orders are placed before 1pm, however some items may take longer to be dispatched. If an item is out of stock, we can normally dispatch this to you within 2 - 3 days.
Orders with multiple items may not arrive at the same time.

We currently only ship to UK addresses, however if you wish to have an item delivered internationally - please call us.

UK Delivery - £3.50*.
Large items - Horse rugs, pre-loved saddles & footwear - £6.95*
New Saddles are delivered FREE of charge, using our next day delivery service.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

Exchanges - should you wish to exchange a product, the following applies:
The product should be returned to us within 28 days of receipt.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging, with all labels attached.
We ask that you pay the postage required to return this item to us. However, if you wish to exchange the item, we will pay for the postage for your exchanged item.

Refunds - should you wish to return a non faulty product for a refund, the following applies:
The product should be returned to us within 28 days of receipt.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging, with all labels attached.
A refund will be given, less postage/carrier, upon receipt of goods. Even if the item originally qualified for free postage.
Please note that we do not refund or exchange helmets unless you speak to us first.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Preloved Saddles A full seven day trial period is available from the date of purchase. If the saddle is not suitable please phone CJ Puddy Saddlery before the end of the seven day period to inform us and to discuss the return. Regretfully returns outside the seven day period cannot be accepted.”

Errors & Stock

Occasionally pricing errors do occur. In the case of any pricing errors on the website we reserve the right to not ship any items which are priced incorrectly, in these cases we will refund the sale.

We try to keep our stock levels accurate, but as occasionally an item can be sold in our shop and still be available online. if an item is ordered that is out of stock we will try to order the item for you from our supplier. If we cannot source the item, we will contact you and offer you an alternative or refund the sale.

C.J. Puddy saddlery will often run promotions...
Any terms associated with given offers will be displayed in the cart page.
Free products will only be shipped when and if all terms of the offer are met.

Damaged Goods

Please inspect goods and advise us within 24hours of receipt if goods are damaged.
We do not accept any responsibility for damages after this time.
